Return Policy

• We accept returns or exchanges on any undamaged, unused items within 7 business days of the delivery date, after 7 business days all sales are final.

• Returns must include all original receipts and tags and on approval.

• All shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable and are at the customer's expense.

• We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon return shipping.

• Refunds will be processed in the form in which payment was received.

• Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to process.

• We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.

• All sale items are final.

Shipping

• Please note that many of our pieces are made to order. In-stock items will ship within 1-2 business days of the order date. Made-to-order items will ship within 3- 4 weeks of the order date, depending on the order size.

• Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS

• International orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx. 

• As soon as your order leaves our studio, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email or text with your tracking number and a link for tracking your order.
